Tax Collector

Tax payments are due twice a year in July and December. Payments are due 30 days after bills are mailed. Payments may be mailed to the above address, placed in the secure payment box at the Municipal building ( 122 Route 12A, Langdon, NH) or paid in person. The Tax Collector is available by appointment and office hours after the mailing of each bill will listed on the bill.

The Tax Rate is set annually by the NH Department of Revenue Administration. The rate is set in the early fall and is reflected in the December Bill.

State law requires that each town update property values at least every five years. (RSA 75:8-a)
